Location: Toronto, Ontario
Job Overview:
The Franchise Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new franchisees. This role involves partnering with franchisees to guide them through the onboarding process, coordinating training, and ensuring they're equipped to operate within our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with new franchisees to develop a comprehensive onboarding plan.
- Coordinate training sessions and ensure franchisees receive the necessary support to succeed.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance to ensure they meet our brand standards.
- Travel throughout Canada to provide on-site training and support to franchisees.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, their teams, and management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact franchisee performance.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
