Job Title: Franchise Onboarding Partner, Firehouse Subs, Canada

Function: Field Operations

Supervisor Title: Director, Franchisee Onboarding, Firehouse Subs, US&C

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Overview:

The Franchise Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new franchisees. This role involves partnering with franchisees to guide them through the onboarding process, coordinating training, and ensuring they meet Firehouse Subs' standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with new franchisees to assist with onboarding and guide them through the restaurant training and opening process.
  • Coordinate and schedule new franchisees' training through a Certified Training Restaurant.
  • Follow up with both the training franchisee and the Certified Restaurant Trainer.
  • Travel throughout Canada to facilitate pre-opening training for team members and staff.

Essential Duties:

  • Consult with and advise franchisees, connecting them with vendors and other brand departments to ensure they meet deadlines.
  • Develop effective professional relationships with franchisees, their team members, and management teams to enable productive and efficient pre-opening training.
  • Develop relationships with Franchise Business Partners to provide a support system for onboarding and training new franchisees.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or similar industries.
  • Strength in building and developing relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Skilled in root-cause problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to present operational information both orally and in writing (PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
