Job Title: Franchise Onboarding Partner, Firehouse Subs, Canada

Function: Field Operations

Supervisor Title: Director, Franchisee Onboarding, Firehouse Subs, US&C

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Overview:

The Franchise Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new franchisees. This role involves partnering with franchisees to guide them through the onboarding process, coordinating training, and ensuring they meet Firehouse Subs' standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with new franchisees to develop a comprehensive onboarding plan.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for franchisees and their teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees to ensure they meet Firehouse Subs' standards.
  • Travel throughout Canada to provide on-site training and support to franchisees.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchisees, their teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees to ensure they meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and training processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in quick service restaurant operations or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
