Location: Toronto, Ontario
Job Overview:
The Franchise Onboarding Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new franchisees. This role involves partnering with franchisees to develop a comprehensive onboarding plan, coordinating training and support, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding plans for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition to ownership.
- Coordinate training and support for franchisees, including on-site visits and remote support.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to present information effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with onboarding and training programs.
- Knowledge of Firehouse Subs brand standards and operations.
- Ability to travel throughout Canada, with occasional overnight stays.
