Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Administrator Lead to join our team at Big Fresh.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Priorities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate Office Services: This role involves co-ordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Review and Evaluate Procedures: The successful candidate will review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Delegate Work: They will delegate work to office support staff and oversee their performance.
  • Assemble Data: This role requires assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

Requirements:
  • Education: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Languages: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Benefits: We offer relocation costs covered by employer and on-site work, which means you must be able to work at our physical location.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
