Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Malinis - The Intelligent Cleaner's Ltd.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Distribute mail and other materials efficiently
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide customer service
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We offer relocation costs coverage and a chance to relocate for this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Malinis - The Intelligent Cleaner's Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide relocation costs coverage and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
