Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Fok's Trading (Canada) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Organization: Coordinate the flow of information, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other workers, record minutes of meetings, and prepare reports.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet people.
  • Document Management: Type, proofread, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and book flights.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 32-35 hours per week. The work language is English.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
