Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Priorities: Develop and implement effective systems to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review Administrative Procedures: Evaluate and optimize existing administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate Work: Effectively assign tasks to support staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Manage various administrative tasks, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Administer Policies: Ensure compliance with government regulations related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee Office Operations: Coordinate office procedures, maintain records, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and policies.
