Job DescriptionThe Administrative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the company, including human resources, finance, and operations. This role will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation of new administrative procedures and review existing ones for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Perform data entry, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
- Train staff and oversee payroll administration;
- Plan and control budget and expenditures;
- Supervise 5-10 people;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience;
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Reliability and adaptability;
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
