Office Coordinator

At WashNwax, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a focus on administrative tasks and experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for administration and are looking for a challenging role, please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
