As a Front Desk/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing visitor logs, greeting visitors with a professional demeanor, and monitoring access to the building and secure areas. You will also schedule and follow up on maintenance and repair requests, provide general office support, and assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges
  • Monitoring and managing access to the building and secure areas
  • Scheduling and following up on maintenance and repair requests
  • Providing general office support, including keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy and well-maintained
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and functions
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working in a similar receptionist or front desk capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage one's time effectively to work on multiple tasks
  • Experience with Google's suite of tools and other office applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, professional, organized, and approachable
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
