Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Your Role Within the Team:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other documents according to company standards.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, notes, PowerPoint slides, and other materials needed for meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, directing clients to the appropriate individual as needed.
- Ensure adequate office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large office or project environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
