Job Summary

Xentek is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an IT consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
