About the Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communications strategy that enhances our brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage and maintain our website, social media accounts, and other digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital communications into our overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Analyze metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of our digital communications efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on digital communications best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, website management, and email marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of customer service orientation.
