Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and optimizing the website for user experience, conversions, accessibility, and usability, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Implementing SEO best practices to drive YMCA Calgary memberships and programs and elevate the brand as a trusted charity.
  • Leading the integration and optimization of all marketing channels (website, email, social media, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, digital marketing or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing plans for large and complex organizations along with a solid understanding of communications best practices, audience engagement methods, and storytelling with expert skills in writing, editing, and advising on design.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns.

Salary and Benefits
