About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development, delivery, deployment, and compliance of organizational talent development and learning programs across various business units.

Job Summary

The Talent & Learning Solutions Consultant will be responsible for designing end-to-end learning solutions, training content, and facilitating soft-skills and leadership training sessions. Additionally, they will work closely with team members to launch Company Engagement Surveys, present functional results, and develop action planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design of learning solutions and training content aligned with company needs.
  • Develop and distribute learning materials, including training presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
  • Rollout learning programs and initiatives across several business units, making customizations and accommodations as needed.
  • Facilitate soft-skills and leadership training sessions, in-person and virtually.
  • Incorporate blended learning and adult learning principles into instructional mediums.
  • Support the launch of Company Engagement Surveys and present functional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work across various business units and manage differences, expectations, and relationships.
  • Considerable experience in designing, developing, and delivering training courses, programs, and curricula to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in succession planning and talent management.
  • Experience with coaching, consulting, and facilitation.
  • Ability to support and lead change.
  • Confidence in working with new technology and learning new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead workgroups.
