About the Role

Solutions Expert Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales training programs for team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
