Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Solutions Expert Inc. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing market research data to improve business decisions and activities, assisting in product development, and developing communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to improve business decisions and activities
  • Assist in product development
  • Develop communication strategies
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Develop promotional materials
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel
