Job Summary

The Job Shoppe Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Supervise and train other workers.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
