Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Reliability and the ability to work in an urban area.
Language: English
Work Term: Permanent
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
