Medecins Sans Frontieres is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Expert to support our global health initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong laboratory management skills and experience in implementing training programs for local staff.

As a Medical Laboratory Expert, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control of testing procedures. You will also collaborate with our team to develop and implement laboratory training programs for local staff.

In this role, you will work closely with our medical teams to ensure the highest standard of laboratory services. Your expertise in laboratory techniques, quality control methods, and data collection will be essential in achieving our goals.

To be successful in this role, you must have current medical laboratory technologist certification, as well as a minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience. You should also have excellent English language skills, as well as proficiency in French (level B2) or another language such as Arabic or Spanish.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and retirement savings plan.
