Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and soliciting qualified brokerage sales leads for our outside Sales Account Executives.

Key Tasks:

  • Research leads from various sources
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential prospects
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they are a target account for Willson International
  • Book appointments for outside Sales Account Executives
  • Track leads and daily calls on a lead tracker
