Business Development Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and effective lead identification and qualification.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to communicate product and service offerings to targeted accounts and contacts.
- Capture, share, and act on feedback to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to prospective customer inquiries.
- Conduct research to identify meaningful competitive and product insights that will help the team reach leads in a valuable way.
- Act as a brand ambassador, identifying products and solutions that will work for each unique business, demonstrating expertise, and building trust with the lead.
**Requirements**
- Extensive experience in telesales, social selling, email lead prospecting, and the associated technology stack.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable in consultative selling techniques for a variety of technology services/products.
- Teamwork and leadership skills to work effectively within the sales team and alongside the marketing team to connect with and nurture leads.
