Human Capital Department is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can seek, identify, and close sales on leads and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships to ensure repeat business and sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and cold calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH LEAD FOLLOW-UP AND COLD CALLS
  • Book appointments for sales meetings
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM or ATS an asset
