Job Summary:

Associated Materials is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice-President of Sales and Distribution to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence in our Western region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and distribution leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
