Senior Vice President - Production and Infrastructure

Job Overview

As a key member of the executive team at VALUE TRUCK SALES, the Senior Vice President - Production and Infrastructure will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction sectors.

Location: Calgary, AB

Workplace Information: On-site

Compensation: $73.00/hour for a standard workweek of 42.5 hours

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to ensure the successful implementation of organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of significant departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing strategies; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions are created.
