Role Overview

We are seeking an Audiologist to join our sales team, working 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized sales calls with prospective clients
  • Manage follow-ups to address concerns and guide clients toward enrollment
  • Collaborate closely with co-founders on sales strategies and company goals
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and advancements in tinnitus services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Audiology
  • Proven sales experience or patient engagement in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach
  • Comfortable using technology, including video conferencing tools and internal messaging systems
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a flexible schedule
  • Possession of a strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-$52 CAD per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of approximately $57,600 - $79,872 CAD, depending on hours worked.
