Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our Canadian Segment Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Use multiple administrative systems to resolve inquiries and meet service standards
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and reporting areas of continuing client concern and make recommendations to improve the service experience
  • Recommend client-centered resolutions to issues and identify and initiate exceptions within guidelines
  • Contribute to a strong collaborative team and build customer working relationships while providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Must be fully and fluently bilingual (French/English) in both verbal and written proficiency
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent technical capabilities, research skills, and attention to detail are essential
  • Confidence in learning and applying information quickly is a must
