Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruit Action. As a key member of our Group Benefits team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and French. You will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, resolving issues related to group insurance plan files, and participating in coaching sessions and microlearning.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer calls for 7 hours daily, addressing a variety of client inquiries.
  • Resolve issues related to group insurance plan files, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in monthly coaching sessions and weekly role-specific microlearning.
  • Engage in in-person collaboration with colleagues for call debriefs, shadowing, and support.
  • Use Microsoft apps (Teams, Outlook) to handle communications and daily tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; college degree considered an asset.
  • 5 to 7 years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center, retail, or service environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft apps, including Teams and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple administrative systems.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to manage ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with web-based applications and experience in group benefits or information centers is a plus.
