Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use knowledge of our products and services to offer valuable advice to clients and provide solutions to their banking needs.
  • Take inbound phone calls from clients and branches, providing useful information and ensuring clients are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Excel at identifying client banking needs, providing customized solutions by using accessible resources and navigating through multiple systems.
  • Respond to complaints and walk clients through basic troubleshooting or set up processes.

Requirements

  • Be fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Have a high school diploma (or a recognized equivalent).
  • Have experience in customer-focused roles.
  • Be self-directed, performance-oriented, and able to multitask between numerous internal platforms.
  • Be comfortable connecting with clients over the telephone to make the customer experience uniquely personal and champion the Scotiabank brand.
