  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and processes to deliver high-quality service.
  • Meet key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, accuracy, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to assist with website/app navigation and resolve account issues with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with 401k/pension plans (or equivalent) is an asset.
