Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use your knowledge of our products and services to offer customers valuable advice and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
