Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Equipment Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves direct ownership of files and ensuring documentation compliance for funding. The successful candidate will work closely with originators to achieve established service level agreements (SLAs) in terms of turnaround time, accuracy, and system usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support originators with applications, funding, and communication to meet SLA requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure compliance and adherence within business risk tolerance parameters.
  • Register PPSA, pull lien searches, and advise sales representatives on required waivers.
  • Ensure the deficiency process is followed, addressing outstanding items within SLA requirements.
  • Liaise with broker partners on specific transactions and maintain a positive relationship with originators.
  • Problem-solving and handling challenging interactions with brokers through efficient de-escalation methods.
  • Complete audit calls to verify lease information.
  • Stay updated on company policies, auditing guidelines, and new processes/procedures.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
