About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Highlight Motor Freight Inc. as a Senior Operations Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our facilities and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitoring quality and production levels. You will also be required to arrange for maintenance and repair work, assist clients/guests with special needs, and be the point of contact when dealing with emergency situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments. You will also need to be able to establish work schedules and procedures, supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
