About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Performance group at Cossette Media, where you will work closely with our media planning teams to develop and manage world-class strategies in paid search, paid social, and emerging platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative search strategies for our clients.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and timelines with Cossette best practice.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Google Search Ads 360).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on precise insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams (strategy, planning, data) to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices.
  • Monitor trends and new developments in the field of search.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms.
  • Technical Knowledge: Mastery of the main search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Google Search Ads 360).
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools. Ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations.
  • Certification: Google Search required.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiatives and manage several projects simultaneously.
