Job Title: Executive Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Gate Gourmet, a leading global business in the food production industry. Responsibilities: In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Overseeing inventory management, ordering, and receiving processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve quality and quantity targets.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, with various shifts, weekends, and holidays included in the working schedule.

Certifications: A culinary degree or cooking certification is preferred but not essential.

Security Clearance: You must pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
