As an Executive Culinary Manager at Koto Izakaya, you will:

  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare high-quality dishes
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and labor hours
  • Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
