As an Executive Culinary Manager at Koto Izakaya, you will:
- Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare high-quality dishes
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and labor hours
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3-4 years of experience in a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
