Job Description:
We are looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to manage kitchen staff, maintain inventory, and ensure that our kitchen is clean and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Salary:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
