We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at HANAMI. This role is ideal for an experienced chef or kitchen manager looking to take on a leadership position and oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.

About the Role

The Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and supervising employees. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing kitchen staff and overseeing daily operations
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order
  • Developing and implementing menu items and specials
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
