About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of office projects and initiatives.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and accounting software.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
