About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team, including training, coaching, and mentoring, to ensure the success of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs and other business software.
