Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator

R.S. Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments, as required.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
