Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Shoeless Joes. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules and maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform menu planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure seamless service.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
