Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MICROPEER SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
