Responsibilities- Develop Operational Plans: Create and execute operational plans to drive business development and sales.
- Contribute to Business Expansion Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a business expansion strategy that drives growth and revenue.
- Support Digital Marketing and Product Branding: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing and product branding initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Dynamic Evangelist: Express Snappy's vision and mission to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Drive results and achieve sales targets through effective sales execution and relationship-building.
- Passion for Innovation: Demonstrate a passion for innovation and technology.
- Prioritization and Problem-Solving: Prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively to drive business growth.
- Business Development Experience: Have prior experience in business development roles, preferably in the marketplace platform industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year.
- Bonus and Commission Pay: Eligible for bonus and commission pay based on performance.
- Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including casual dress, dental care, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, and vision care.
- Hospitality Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- B2B Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence.
