Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve revenue and product goals in assigned accounts.
  • Compile comprehensive account plans to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and engage in regular communication to build relationships and close deals.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and market share.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in midsize to enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to sell complex National Account enterprise solutions and effectively prospect into C-Suite.
  • Excellent sales skills, with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications and a keen sense of discovery.
  • Industry knowledge and knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.
  • Demonstrated success in a team-selling environment and skilled in effective use of CRM.
