Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, undertaking varied activities, and providing support to portfolio managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by coordinating efforts with various internal services and divisions of National Bank.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained with clients by keeping them informed of all new developments, products, and services related to their business needs.
  • Act as a liaison with various operational sectors of National Bank to ensure tasks are carried out proactively and in a timely manner.
  • Organize regular meetings with clients, document ongoing operational and service issues regarding the client and National Bank, investigate, track, and resolve.
  • Provide clients with advice on National Bank policies, procedures, and training that directly impact their firm.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients.
  • Professionally represent National Bank at client meetings and professional events.

Requirements:

  • University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory aspects of the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Autonomous and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
