Luxury Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Brand Ambassadorship: Develop and execute strategies to elevate the Delvaux brand, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and local influencers.
- Business Development: Create and implement store business plans, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to drive sales growth and market share.
- Sales Leadership: Motivate and coach sales associates to meet sales and productivity goals, providing recognition and feedback to drive performance.
- Team Management: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent, creating a high-performance culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
- Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial management.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing After Sales Service issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury field, including concession store experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the luxury market and client development.
