Boutique Manager Job Description

At Delvaux, we are committed to excellence in the luxury retail industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Toronto store to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Ambassador: Embodies the Delvaux brand, promoting its values and image to clients and partners.
  • Business Development: Develops and implements store business plans, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow the customer base.
  • Sales Management: Motivates and coaches sales associates to meet sales and productivity goals, providing recognition for top performers.
  • Team Management: Identifies, recruits, develops, and retains top talent, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Operations: Ensures effective utilization of POS systems, inventory management, and daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Customer Service: Delivers exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in people management and coaching a team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Operationally strong, with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of the luxury market and client development.
