  • Store Visuals: Maintains visual merchandising standards and store condition, working with local freelancers to achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience in a managerial role within the luxury field, including concession store experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in people management, coaching, and developing a high-performance culture.
  • Operationally strong, with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commercially minded, with an extensive understanding of the luxury market and a strong background in client development and recruitment.
